Tune Into Your Wisdom. Align With What You Already Know.

There is so much taking place around the world, in our homes, and in our communities.

It can feel overwhelming, even untenable.

And even though it’s a new year, the world is [still] changing.

And so are you.

At the heart of all this change, transition, unraveling, and unlearning, is you.

Your essence, your true north, your magic. That has not changed.

How you perceive, define, understand, and desire to hold yourself? Maybe that’s changed. Or maybe you want it to change.

So how can we express what’s shifted or wants to shift and still feel firmly connected?

Through our core values.

the values clarity workbook is about rooting into your core values so that, you can tend to your dreams, your goals, and your plans through a lens that honours your humanity.

This workbook is not intended to be another burdensome growth opportunity, self-improvement thing, or personal development experience…

That means you show up just as you are. However, you are.

There’s no work to be done in advance. Because you already know.

You can take your time. Breathe.

A self-guided, deeply personal series of questions to support you in gaining clarity on what your values are, what they mean to the newest version of you, and how to begin honouring them.

This is for you if…

  • You appreciate self-inquiry (AND need it to be easy right now).

  • You’re able to witness others in community.

  • You need something to anchor you into the new year [without goal or intention setting].

  • You don’t want to go back to how you functioned before.

  • You appreciate an approach that is rooted in connecting to your true self.

  • You can only commit a limited amount of time and energy this winter season.

My name is Jennie and I believe that at the heart of who we are is a knowing that many of us struggle to articulate - that knowing is guided by our core values.

Our values are a series of deeply personal words or phrases that reflect and illustrate how we interact with the world, what we believe, and how we envision our lives.

What I know to be true is that being able to express and define our unique definition of our core values is one of the most self-honouring choices we can make.

Jennie took us through a visioning exercise that dove straight into the heart of what I value most for *myself* (I’d only considered my outward-facing values of how I treat other people), and I got such a hit of clarity about a value that I’d been suppressing that it felt like a punch to the gut. In a good way. A clarity punch.

This is exactly what has been missing in my life, and it’s the key to embodying my highest self. And I didn’t know it was there until this workshop. Mind-blowing.

I love being able to feel my values as the right words by which to live, and Jennie has been a wonderful facilitator. I would highly recommend this!
